STUDENT HOUSING PROGRAM
The Organizing Committee of 2024 Conference on Innovative Smart Grid Technologies, North America (ISGT NA 2024) and the Student Meeting Activities Subcommittee of IEEE PES Power and Energy Education Committee (PEEC) are happy to announce the Student Housing Support Program at ISGT NA 2024 conference.
The Student Housing Support Program provides free accommodation in the conference designated hotels during the conference, February 19-22, 2024, up to three nights, to students to assist with travel expenses. Applicants will indicate selected dates during the application process. Students will be provided with a shared accommodation with double occupancy in each hotel room.
Eligibility: All student authors of accepted papers in the conference will be eligible to apply to the student housing program.
The application website will open on October 15th, 2023, submission due date will be on November 30th and notifications of housing award will be provided by December 15th, 2023.
